RPCU

The Regroupement provincial des comités des usagers (RPCU) was born of the collective will of the Users' and In-patients' Committees who wished to give themselves a common voice.
It's Mission
To work towards improving the quality of services offered to the Users of the Health and Social Services Network.
It's Vision
To be the spokesperson representing Users and In-patients' Committees which are made up of competent, professional and sympathetic volunteer members, often backed by committed, key resourceful persons.
The RPCU is the spokesperson for 594 Users' and In-patients' Committees in all of the Health and Social Services network throughout Quebec, whether they be public, private or self-financed.
