New vestibular screening service

Audiologists practicing at the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Lobe clinic now offer a screening assessment for people suffering from vertigo. To take advantage of this service, patients must be referred by a neurologist or an ENT specialist.

State-of-the-art equipment allows audiologists to perform vHIT, an evaluation that allows them to screen for certain peripheral vestibular dysfunctions.

Once the assessment is completed, a screening report is sent to the treating physician.

A complete assessment for vertigo, including VEMP, VNG and vHIT, is also available at the Saint-Laurent Lobe clinic.
