What is the AQRP?
Founded in 1968, the Association québécoise des retraité(e)s des secteurs public et parapublic (AQRP) is the main independent body representing all public- and parapublic-sector retirees in Quebec.
It has more than 33,000 members, mainly from the governments of Quebec and Canada, Quebec government corporations and municipalities, and Quebec’s education and healthcare networks.
It is also open to all seniors who support its goals.
